NARS Laguna / Orgasm duo

Not often I write about NARS. This was one brand I was head over heels with once upon a time. In my hey day I must’ve had 20 blushers and I dunno how many palettes and eye shadows.

I’ve stopped buying and in fact sold a lot of the palettes on eBay seeing I just wouldn’t use them. Thankfully I got back more than what I paid for them 🙂

I ballooned in 2012 by 6kgs. One fine day and in 3 mths that was the weight I gained. No explanation except maybe hormonal issues. Now to keep my face looking slim I am hugely reliant on bronzer for contouring.

I would’ve bought the bronzer itself but I got a better deal on both so I picked the duo instead. I won’t review orgasm but Laguna is amazing for contouring and suits yellow based skin tone well. It doesn’t look dirty nor like you have anything on. In fact, I use it on my cheeks too. Love it. Available at Sephora for usd41.

Chanel Fleur de lotus

Once upon a time, I was obsessed with blushers specifically NARS blushers. That’s how I ended up with over 15 NARS blusher, over 10 MAC blushers and various others.

Seeing some of them are still in the box brand spanking new (to this day) I decided that was enough and true to my word, I didn’t buy any blush or makeup for over a year.

I am not sure what came over me but when I saw this on cafemakeup and frontrowbeauty, I had to have it. It had something to do with ‘beautiful blush’ ‘exclusive’ ‘spectacular’ 😀

I’ve tried it once and indeed, it’s a nice blush. Not sure if it’s reached spectacular yet or if I would die if I didn’t get it.
